Pay for what you use, not what you might use.
Flowvenue uses a Pay as Grow pricing model. A permanent Free plan is available, while paid usage is measured through BeeCoin, Flowvenue’s internal platform consumption unit. BeeCoin is not a cryptocurrency or financial token. Enterprise pricing is designed for higher-volume and more complex requirements. Current prices and included usage should always be taken from this page.

How Pay as Grow works
You pay primarily according to platform consumption, not according to a traditional per-seat SaaS model. Estimate monthly BeeCoin, apply the band unit price, and get the fee. Above the maximum self-service volume we build an Enterprise offer.
Current price bands
- Pay as Grow — band 1: up to 2,000 BeeCoin/month at €0.15/BeeCoin (e.g. €300.00/month at band ceiling).
- Pay as Grow — band 2: up to 10,000 BeeCoin/month at €0.12/BeeCoin (e.g. €1,200.00/month at band ceiling).
- Pay as Grow — band 3: up to 25,000 BeeCoin/month at €0.10/BeeCoin (e.g. €2,500.00/month at band ceiling).
- Above 25,000 BeeCoin/month: custom Enterprise offer.

Permanent MCP-first Free plan: MCP Server included, external LLMs via MCP, up to 1,000 records, up to 10 processes, 20 BeeCoin/day, 50 outbound emails/day. No card required.
Self-service and configuration
Business users can create and modify processes in natural language, reducing the need for traditional technical change requests for many process changes. Complex cases, legacy integrations or enterprise governance may still require specialist work.
Total Cost of Ownership
Real cost should consider platform consumption, integrations, initial configuration, governance, maintenance, any professional services, external channel costs and any external AI providers. The relevant comparison is total process cost before and after Flowvenue, not license price alone.

Is Flowvenue priced per user?
No. Flowvenue’s public pricing model is Pay as Grow. You pay primarily according to platform consumption measured in BeeCoin (estimated volume × band unit price), not according to a traditional per-seat SaaS list price. Current prices and thresholds are those shown on this page and in the Terms of Service.
How does Flowvenue pricing work?

What is a BeeCoin?
BeeCoin is Flowvenue’s internal platform consumption unit. It covers work processed on the platform (for example records, AI replies and conversations). BeeCoin is not a cryptocurrency, financial token or independently tradable digital asset.
Does Flowvenue have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent and MCP-first: it includes MCP Server, external LLMs via MCP, up to 1,000 total records, up to 10 processes, 20 BeeCoin/day and 50 outbound emails/day. No card required. Current limits are those from the live configuration shown on this page.
Does Flowvenue become expensive when many occasional users access it?
Total cost should be assessed on the Pay as Grow model, BeeCoin consumption and the process — not by assuming a traditional per-seat SaaS tariff. Occasional users do not by themselves equal a linear fee per person: what matters is processed platform volume. The relevant comparison is total process cost before and after Flowvenue.
Are AI model costs included?
When you use Flowvenue-managed models, related usage is reflected in BeeCoin. With BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), LLM inference using your credentials does not charge BeeCoin for inference; other platform consumption under the plan may still apply. See the Terms of Service for details.
Are integrations included?
Standard platform integrations are available according to plan and consumption. Custom, legacy or specialist integrations may require additional professional work. Not every integration is included for free.
Is configuration included in the subscription?

How is the monthly fee calculated?
Estimate processes and daily volume in the simulator on /prezzi: you get rounded BeeCoin/month, then multiply by the band unit price (full price on volume, not partial tiers).
Can I buy BeeCoin without an annual subscription?
Yes. You can buy BeeCoin one-off at €0.20/BeeCoin; credits stay valid for 12 months. The annual subscription is an alternative if you prefer a recurring fee.
What happens above 25,000 BeeCoin per month?
With volumes above 25,000 estimated BeeCoin/month the simulator suggests a sales contact: dedicated onboarding and pricing calibrated to your real usage (Enterprise).
What is BYOK and how does it affect price?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means using your external LLM API. In the simulation, BeeCoin tied to LLM inference are not counted; the fee is still based on estimated record and conversation volume.
