How much does Flowvenue cost?
Flowvenue uses Pay as Grow: the monthly fee is estimated BeeCoin volume times the unit price of the band (€0.10 to €0.15/BeeCoin). Above 25,000 BeeCoin/month we build a custom Enterprise plan. A permanent Free plan is available to start with MCP.
What is a BeeCoin?
A BeeCoin is Flowvenue’s consumption unit: it covers processed records, AI replies and conversations. The more BeeCoin you use per month, the lower the unit cost in the next band.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is permanent and MCP-first: it includes MCP Server, external LLMs via MCP, limits on records and processes, 20 BeeCoin/day and 50 outbound emails/day. No card required.
How is the monthly fee calculated?
Estimate processes and daily volume in the simulator on /prezzi: you get rounded BeeCoin/month, then multiply by the band unit price (full price on volume, not partial tiers).
Can I buy BeeCoin without an annual subscription?
Yes. You can buy BeeCoin one-off (Pay as Grow) at a fixed per-BeeCoin price; credits stay valid for 12 months. The annual subscription is an alternative if you prefer a recurring fee.
What happens above 25,000 BeeCoin per month?
With volumes above 25,000 estimated BeeCoin/month the simulator suggests a sales contact: dedicated onboarding and pricing calibrated to your real usage (Enterprise).
What is BYOK and how does it affect price?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means using your external LLM API. In the simulation, BeeCoin tied to LLM inference are not counted; the fee is still based on estimated record and conversation volume.
