Cookie policy, tracking technologies and consent mechanisms.
Last updated: September 2026 Version: 2026.09
Introduction
This page explains how Flowvenue uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as tracking pixels), used in compliance with applicable regulations, when you visit our website.
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They help us provide you with a better experience, understand how you use the site, and, with your consent, show you relevant advertising content.

Cookie Categories
We use the following cookie categories, aligned with our consent management platform (CMP):
1. Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They do not require your consent as they are necessary to provide you with the requested service.
Examples: Session cookies for authentication, language preference cookies, website security cookies.
Legal basis: Technical necessity for the provision of the service requested by the user under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
2. Preference Cookies
We currently do not use preference cookies. This category is available for future implementations that may allow us to remember your choices (e.g., language, region, theme).
Note: Should this category be used in the future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested again.
3. Statistics Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze how visitors use our website. These cookies help us understand which pages are most popular, how long users spend on the site, and how they navigate between pages.
Important: Google Analytics is loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. If you reject this category, no statistics cookies will be set.
Legal basis: Explicit user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC).
4. Marketing Cookies
We use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and understand the actions you take on our website after seeing one of our ads.
We also use the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel (ChatGPT Ads) to measure website conversions attributable to ads shown in ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Insight Tag for LinkedIn advertising measurement. We may also use Google Ads conversion measurement for campaign attribution.
Important: These marketing scripts for on-site advertising personalization are loaded only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner (Marketing category). If you reject this category, no marketing cookies will be set for advertising personalization.
Privacy consent and inbound lead monitoring: Accepting the Privacy Policy (for example by starting the conversational demo or submitting a lead form) authorizes monitoring of inbound leads — including conversion measurement toward advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads) — in order to improve user experience and campaign attribution. This purpose is covered by privacy consent and is distinct from optional direct-marketing communications consent and from marketing cookie preferences in the banner.
Legal basis: Explicit user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3) Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC) for marketing cookies; privacy-policy consent for inbound lead monitoring aimed at improving user experience, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Note on Google Fonts: We load fonts (Inter, Manrope, Space Grotesk) from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. These services do not set tracking cookies under normal conditions. In rare technical scenarios, some providers may process technical data (such as IP address). To completely eliminate this dependency, we are evaluating the option of self-hosting fonts in the future.
Consent Management
First Visit
When you first visit our website, we show you a banner that allows you to:
- Accept all cookies (necessary, statistics, and marketing)
- Reject all non-necessary cookies
- Customize your preferences category by category
Modifying or Revoking Consent
You can modify or revoke your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. This will open the preferences panel where you can modify your choices.
Important: If you revoke consent for Statistics or Marketing categories, the relevant scripts will be immediately disabled and existing cookies will be removed (if technically possible) or will no longer be used.
Consent Expiration
Your consent expires automatically after 6 months (180 days). After expiration, the cookie banner will reappear, and you will need to express your consent again.
This ensures that your consent remains current and reflects your current preferences.
Key Compliance Principles
Default Denied
No non-essential cookies are set before consent.
All tracking scripts are blocked by default until you provide explicit consent. This means:
- No requests to tracking domains (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel) are made before consent
- No tracking cookies are set before consent
- Google Consent Mode v2 is initialized with all categories set to "denied"
This behavior can be verified using browser technical tools.
Granular Consent
You can choose which categories of cookies to accept:
- Accept or reject Statistics cookies independently
- Accept or reject Marketing cookies independently
- Necessary cookies are always active (required for site functionality)
Simple Revocation
You can revoke consent at any time:
- Click "Cookie settings" in the footer
- Modify your preferences
- Save changes
- Tracking scripts are immediately disabled
- First-party cookies are removed (best-effort)
Note: Third-party cookies (e.g., fr from Meta) cannot be deleted directly by our website due to browser security restrictions. However, these cookies will no longer be used for tracking once consent is revoked.
How to Disable Cookies in Your Browser
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. However, please note that:
- Blocking all cookies may prevent some website features from working correctly
- Necessary cookies are essential for accessing and using the website
- Settings vary depending on the browser you use
For more information on how to manage cookies in your browser, consult the "Help" or "Settings" section of your browser.
Data Transfers Outside the EU
Some third-party service providers (particularly Google and Meta) may process data collected through cookies in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States.
We currently do not perform systematic transfers of personal data to countries outside the EU. Should we need to perform such transfers in the future, we will adopt appropriate measures provided by the GDPR, including recognized data transfer frameworks (e.g., EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
Such transfers, where applicable, are carried out in compliance with the safeguards provided by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, including the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Cookie Policy Updates
This Cookie Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the technologies used, applicable regulations, or our practices. We will inform you of any substantial changes by publishing the new version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Current version: 2026.09
Policy version tracking: When the Cookie Policy is updated with substantial changes, the cookie banner will reappear even if your previous consent has not expired, allowing you to review and update your preferences.
